
This class is ideal for brand new beginners as well as established practitioners seeking a gentle calming practice. Class begins with grounding simple breath-work and intention setting as we ease into a gentle movement based class. We will break down foundational standing, twisting, seated and lying down poses to promote, flexibility, strength, relaxation and balance. This class offers a variety of modifications and use of props to support and encourage each individual and meet you where you're at presently.
