Saturday Morning Hatha Yoga

Focus on the fine details of yoga postures and breath while creating space and tolerance in your body and mind. Explore meditation techniques, pranayama (breath work), and asana (poses). This class is designed for practitioners who have a solid foundation of yoga and a consistent practice, as well as those that are just starting their yoga journey. We’ll build on yoga basics and sequences, while offering variations and alignment cues for both beginning to experienced practitioners.
