Private Chair Yoga Lessons

Chair yoga private lessons are for everyone,  especially those interested in therapeutic and gentle movement due to an injury, special condition causing limited mobility, or simply wanting gentle modifications of regular yoga postures.

With special attention to stability, we will practice a full body sequence exploring yoga sitting and standing with the support of a chair. These postures will go on to help strengthen your muscles and balance throughout your day-to-day life while giving you a safe place to explore movement and mobility.

Together we'll begin and end our time with relaxation techniques to create a well rounded yoga experience, all from the chair.

When registering for a private lesson we will work together with plenty of communication to find an exact practice that works for you. Before our first session together I send out a quick intake form and/or we have a phone discussion so I can learn all about your goals and history in order to prepare a lesson tailored to your needs
